Product: PolyMon -- Error 26201. Error -2147467259: failed to create SQL database: PolyMon, error detail: unknown error.

I'm trying to install on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2. It has SQL Server 2005 installed on it. I don't know what's going on with this. If anyone else has encountered this issue and knows how to resolve it, I would be grateful for a solution. If you need more information from me, let me know. Thank you.

Error -2147467259 refers to error 80004005 of SQL Server.

I have same error on my Windows Vista Enterprise, also with a SQL Server installed already.

For some reason it can not connect to the database or something else.

Okay, I found the answer if anyone else has this problem.

1. It was not connecting to the right database when running the script, by default it goes to the system DB , not the manually created user DB

2.  On installation of the Manager/Executive you need to specifiy the DB server name as "myserver\sqlexpress"

thanks for reading.
