Polymon Executive

I have an issue with the Polymon Executive.
At random intervals Polymon manager throws this message:

Error loading monitor Panels.
A transport-level error has occured when sending the request to the server. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

After this message has been thrown the Polymon Executive stops monitoring. When opening "Services" on the machine running the Executive service the service is stated as started, but no monitoring is done.
If I restart the Executive service, everything is back to normal, meaning my monitors are running again, until the error is thrown one more time.

Anyone with similar experiences?

Recently our PolyMon Executive stopped monitoring. I wasn't in the office when this happened, but a co-worker noticed that the PolyMon Event Log was full. He set the event log to overwrite itself and we haven't had a problem since. <shrug>
